We work closely with many of the Largest Healthcare Providers by delivering evidence based education which is taught by the leading experts. Not only do e-GNCS provide education online and face to face, we offer a variety of services which enable Healthcare Professionals and Providers to meet national guidelines, meet their professional requirements and most of all, improve Healthcare.
We Understand
e-GNCS understand that the demands placed on Healthcare Professionals are increasing. In particular the expectation for Care Staff to meet standards of care and understand subjects in which they have received no formal training. We are constantly working within the Healthcare Sector to provide a first class service and support for all involved.
The British Journal of Nursing are leaders in promoting, developing, recognising and awarding good Clinical Practice across the UK. The BJN and e-GNCS have highlighted that there are certain Key Clinical Skills required, above the minimum training requirements, to meet the standards of care set by the inspector in the modern Social Care Setting. Together, we are dedicated to providing quality training to care staff across the country. Our aim, to provide staff and homes with a recognised award that demonstrates their commitment to on- going invaluable training.
